Payment Guidelines

1. Payment and Deposit:

If the date of departure is more than 30 days from the date of booking, a 50% deposit will apply. A deposit of 50% of the tour value is required upon confirmation of your booking. Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood, and accepted all of our Terms and Conditions. You will pay the remaining balance 30 days before your departure date. Trips booked less than 30 days before departure must be paid in full.

2. How to make payment:

All credit card transactions are secured by TLS/SSL technology, and we comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) for all online transactions.

Make payment by credit/debit card with just 5 simple steps:

• Choose to pay the Full Amount or Deposit
• Fill in the Personal Billing Information: Name, Email, Country, City, Address
• Fill in the Credit Card or Debit Card Information: Card Holder, Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV/CVC
• Read & agree with the Terms and Conditions and Fees and Payment Process.
• Click "Continue"

When you are on the payment page, the OTP Code is required to complete the online payment process.

Notes:

When your transaction has already proceeded successfully, you will see the confirmation page and receive a confirmation email for your order.

In some cases, your transaction may be not successful due to:

In correct card information

• Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)
• Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.
• In case you input the correct card information but did not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us. Please do not try to make other payments. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the order.
